Summary:
The Program Manager Contracts plays a pivotal role drafting new design and construction contracts, amendments and change orders supporting the $5 billion New Pediatric Campus (NPC) project. Maintains NPC project team's project management software and reconciles project data between our systems.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain all NPC contract and procurement documentation and correspondence.
* Conduct a thorough review of all existing contracts, including those with the architects, construction manager, and project consultants. Identify key deliverables, milestones, and project control requirements outlined in the contracts.
* Regularly review contractual obligations and ensure that the project controls framework aligns with the terms and conditions
* set forth in the contracts, addressing any discrepancies or changes promptly.
* Regularly monitor and report progress to NPC project executive team including contract deliverables, KPI's, milestones, risks, deviations and corrective actions.
* Ensure all internal stakeholders receive timely, relevant status updates and details regarding contract negotiations or status in legal and procurement review and approval process.
* Develops a comprehensive approval workflow process for contract and change orders and collects approvals in accordance with CHST and PHMS approval policies and delegations.
* As required, assist Cost Accounting team with duties.
* Other duties as assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 4 years Equivalent job related experience Required
* Experience with Smartsheet system Preferred
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Paralegal, Finance, Business or related degree Required
