Responsibilities
- Drive North America strategic initiatives for Tesla's delivery operations
- Partner with key stakeholders to align on success metrics and operational improvements
- Enhance automation, improve productivity, reduce costs, and prioritize delivering the best customer experience
- Collaborate with local delivery teams to optimize and standardize delivery operations by sharing best practices, identifying improvement areas, and driving operational initiatives
- Analyze and compare current processes and identify opportunities for improvement; clearly articulate issues or opportunities with business stakeholders and develop recommendations for leaders
- Develop recommendations based on site visits and data analysis to support improvements on systems and tools used for delivery operations
- Perform field visits and interviews with delivery teams to identify, establish, or implement best practices/processes and effectively communicate in diverse forums. Align on key metrics and goals with stakeholders on improving team productivity and operational excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Program Management or Operations Management
- Excellent problem-framing, problem solving and project management skills with a hands-on approach
- Able to identify the root cause of problems and present solutions based on data analytics
- Hardworking; willing to go above and beyond in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments
- Trustworthy and discreet with highly sensitive non-public information with a strong desire to execute and identify new ways to push the business forward
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects

$68,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
