Program Manager Demand/Strategy Lead

Duration: 12+ months Right-to-Hire
Shift: 8-5p PST with rotating on-call support

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful delivery of programs and projects to achieve business outcomes.
• Define project scope, monitor execution, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and drive outcomes.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and guiding the team to perform at a high level.
• Make key project decisions and contribute to strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to complex challenges that impact multiple teams.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
