Job Description
1. Description of Work/Position:
Program manager responsible for IT Infrastructure governance including executive reporting across entities, programs and towers to delivery consistent, comprehensive executive level content and context to key executive and regulatory forums. Drive execution of the key deliverables calendar from information gathering, multiple management reviews, approvals and ongoing improvements.
2. Responsibilities
Advance executive reporting for organizational results, leveraging effective business intelligence and reporting
Ensure timely IT Infrastructure reporting for executive forums, collaborating with tower leads, the metrics and reporting team and key stakeholders
Oversee deliverables calendar and ensure that it is kept current and that corresponding activity is planned and executed for appropriate entities
Define, build and manage projects and programs to support establishment of new executive reporting requirements and ongoing improvements to the reporting, process and timeliness
Work at the leadership level to Influence and drive change across IT Infrastructure and to build a culture of risk excellence in reporting
Support executive leadership in meeting ad hoc needs for communication of key workstream activities
3. Years of Experience
10+ years of experience in large corporate environment preferably financial services and IT Infrastructure industries
4. Language requirements
English required
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
5. Technical Knowledge required
Executive presence; ability to engage with all levels of the organization
Excellent written and oral communications
Excellent PowerPoint skills
