POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Manager, Marine is a strategic execution role critical to expanding a key XOS business line. This position involves managing program assets, ensuring operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction to protect equipment reliability. The Program Manager will collaborate with the Sales Manager, Marine, to deliver exceptional program value and foster long-term customer relationships. Reporting to VP, Sales and Services, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Asset Management: Lead the transition and deployment of units to new customers, maximizing recurring revenue potential.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across sales operations, logistics, service, and customer support to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and report monthly metrics for sales operations and customer support; develop improvement plans based on insights.
  • Cost Optimization: Drive cost evaluation and reduction strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate account information in ERP and Salesforce systems, including billing, shipping, pricing, and credit.
  • Salesforce Administration: Support basic Salesforce functions such as user setup, report/dashboard creation, and tracking management.
  • Customer Support Excellence: Partner with the program team to deliver timely engineering reports and maintain high uptime for analytics platforms.
  • Proactive Work Style: Implement a fast-paced approach to support global markets effectively.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Epicor or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.


Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.

The compensation range for this role is $70000 - $100000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
