- Coordinates and monitors the performance of Integration Programs/Projects for the BTS Operations organization, providing roll up status and financial reporting including issues, risks, decisions, and Change requests.
- May also own and manage integration programs/projects where needed.
- Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of resources assigned to program from various departments.
- Ensures overall Integration Intiatives are completed on time and within budget, raising issues, risks, decisions needed to BPMO Assoc. Director. Acts as advisor to Functional team program managers.
- Creation and presentation of executive-level reporting on the overall status with financials
- Prior work experience in an IT delivery function and/or a health and life science organization greatly preferred
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects required
- Strong written and verbal communication required
- Experience managing project managers and driving program-level goals and deliverables
- Experience in Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, etc...) required
- Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required
