Responsibilities:

• The Services Orders Transformation project would create the concept of an Order for the client's Services business and digitally link opportunities through billings
• While this project has many impactful standalone benefits, Services Deal Scoring and
  the overall Deal Scoring strategy are dependent on outcomes from this project to

• maximize impact and ensure sustainability
• SOT will improve processes from opportunity to billing and digitally link all relevant Services systems
• SOT will create an Orders repository that will increase visibility for the Services business
• SOT will enable the Services business to compensate on Orders rather than purely on revenue
• SOT will greatly increase visibility, operational efficiency, and customer experience for the Services Organization
• SOT will also enable services deals to be scored on Orders (like Solutions) and enable
• Holistic deal scoring for Services & Solutions
• Services organization will drive the outcomes of this project
• Services will work closely with internal IT resources, Sales/Sales Ops, Compensation, Global Pricing and McKinsey to ensure the solution is designed to maximize deal scoring synergies
