Description:

The Program Manager, Service Training will leverage their strategic mindset to interface with the business, aligning business and learning needs in the context of Field Training, focusing on both technical and customer experience. This individual will bring expertise in service operations, enabling Field Trainers, applying adult learning theory and industry-leading training practices, data analytics, and a strong program management background.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with NA training and service programs teams to optimize training strategies for the territory, ensuring resources are effectively utilized to set the team up for success
  • Develop schedules and focus areas for field trainers in collaboration with the territory operations team, establishing clear measures of success
  • Create training plans for each service location utilizing all L&D resources, addressing business needs based on versatility charts, performance, and skill gaps
  • Communicate the impact of training efforts to field teams and ensure leaders consistently promote our training and development strategy across the territory
  • Engage with business partners to understand the strategic business roadmap and collaborate with the training team to create solutions based on identified needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze the effectiveness of technical learning programs and support the coordination of training resources with the Learning Coordination team and Field Leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts focusing on internal and external project aspects and assist Training Team members in optimizing the impact of training projects and initiatives through a continuous feedback loop of data and learner feedback


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and related project management products is required
  • Strong time and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and full professional fluency in English
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual teams and accommodate time differences
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work at an assigned location up to 5 days a week

    • Expected Compensation$68,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
