Join ICES on a contract impacting national security as a Program Manager Support

These positions are located in Springfield, VA. All positions require an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.

As a Program Manager Support, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties:

• Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads.
• Responsible for long-range planning for all aspects of program performance.
• Responsible for the security of personnel, finance, and other duties that the lead Program Manager cannot perform in their capacity.
• Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/non-technical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.

Skills and Experience:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience in Management and specializing in managing resources, staffing, and costs supporting a Government contract.
• Experience scoping level-of-effort for tasks and providing accurate costs and resource estimates.
• Experience developing and delivering contract deliverables.
• Capable of working individually, collaboratively, and report to a department head.
• Contributes to complex aspects of projects and conduct root cause problem analysis to develop technical solutions.

Desired:

• Mid-level experience in the field of Program Manager Support or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
• 4+ years of experience in one or more disciplines of Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or Business, or other related fields.
