What You'll Be Doing:
Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership:

• Oversee and manage the Captive Finance Project, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against key milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business leaders, to drive project success.
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and proactively mitigate challenges.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.

System Architecture Development:

• Design and implement a robust, scalable system architecture for the Captive Finance Project.
• Define system requirements and ensure seamless integration across business functions.
• Oversee system deployment, testing, and optimization, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, driving continuous improvements and enhancements.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between YAF, Yanmar America (YA), YCENA, and other affiliated companies.
• Engage with senior leadership, project teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment.
• Provide transparent project updates and drive collaboration across departments.

What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Project management credentials (PMP, PMQ, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, API integrations, and Microsoft Office.
3+ years of finance experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to drive project success.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

• Yanmar America's Finance, Accounting, IT, Marketing, HR, and Legal teams.
• IT teams from YA affiliates.
• External financing institutions and vendors supporting the Captive Finance Project.
