Project Overview: (Share 2-3 sentences about the business):
s a member of the client Data Center Education team, you'll work with members to manage technical and critical Learning and Development programs for the business by ensuring all programs have a well-defined impact and training development project plans. You will collect/manage the wide-range of financial assets that support a robust portfolio of Learning and Development (L&D) programs for client Data Centers and Cloud Supply Chain and Operations to ensure the L&D organization runs efficiently and effectively at scale.

Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the position):
You will ask the right questions and connect the dots between our portfolio of projects and our budget and contracts and keep the team on track to meet Rhythm of Business reporting requirements.
You will coordinate with global, regional and local L&D PgMs, POC's and SME's in the management and reporting of Fleet-wide, Regional and site-specific curriculum and L&D initiatives.
You will spend your time analyzing business L&D needs and the requisite programs and resources required to fulfill those needs, along with managing stakeholder expectations.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment):
Maintain/analyze the L&D portfolio of programs utilizing a smartsheets PPM, including leading the weekly intake process and working with a Smartsheets TAM for feature updates, and create proper stakeholder reporting of progress and status.
Maintain a monthly and quarterly budget reporting format and cadence (e.g., burndown report, EoY projection) and coordinate annual planning for 2026.
Manage the relationship with suppliers and oversee monthly invoicing and payment of contracted goods and services, as well as maintaining the accuracy of spend forecasts throughout the term of the contract(s) and fiscal year.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role):
Required experience and expertise with Smart sheets and the client Workspace set of tools including Sheets for financial management.
Expertise in budget management and contract and procurement processes (SOW, PO, PR)
The ability to create/maintain data trackers, dashboards and report collateral that effectively and accurately tells a data narrative for leadership.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role):
Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP, CAPM, client PgM, etc.) certification
Experience in corporate Learning and Development programs.
Experience in Data Center Program Management
