Description:
The Program Manager (PM) is directly responsible for the overall work performed in accordance with the PWS. Must be onsite and responsible for all reporting, administrative, and HR actions to include but not limited to resume review, hiring actions, disciplinary actions, reporting, direct communication and reporting between the Vendor and CO/COR of the contract on the VA warehouse site.
Reviews and prepares workflows, staffing requirements, and action plans that meet the DLS and SDC standards for productivity, quality assurance and customer service. Meets regularly with government supervisory warehouse team(s) to analyze productivity, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, receiving and order fulfill Adjust staffing levels and/or work procedures to accommodate resources allocated to operate warehouse operations. Validates all work performed and produces production report. Ensure all personnel are current and maintain all training and certifications to operate equipment.
Required Experience: 10 Years' experience supporting a large corporation or government agency (Includes planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated supply chain distribution system.) Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:
Inventory Management Logistics Supply Chain operations receipt of goods Storage Order fulfillment Distribution and shipping
Proficient in the following Software:
Inventory Software and Systems Windows 10 Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office 2010 or later Data Entry and ability to type
Tier 1 Background investigation required.
All Contractor personnel performing work under this contract must complete a favorable background investigation and be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).
