Program Manager with Security Clearance

Duties * Serves the organization as an expert analyst and local authority on one or more major, complex management processes and systems. * Conducts studies and develops policies, procedures, and processes affecting major mission activities. * Applies comprehensive knowledge of the administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of one or more important business/management programs. * Participates and leads in formal and informal meetings, conferences, committees, and seminars with senior local managers , heads of other functional areas, and representatives of other/higher command, industry and academia. * May lead a team of employees working in the area of specialty. * Assigns work to team members and reviews work products.
