Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Program Manager to manage and lead a large enterprise IT program and be responsible for the performance of all contract requirements to meet the needs and support the missions of the agency. This position is for our proposal for a FBI contract that will eventually be based out of Huntsville, AL.

Required Responsibilities/Duties:
  • 10 years of relevant experience providing project/program management support for enterprise level IT projects.
  • Defines project objectives and strategic direction.
  • Responsible for providing leadership and vision to client and project teams and serves as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience translating and communicating complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Training and experience in various areas of information technology and program management.
  • Provide in-depth analysis with an attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data.
  • Ability to coordinate with various divisions, offices, and customers at all levels.
  • The ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate capabilities and functionality of technologies deployed within the enterprise.
  • Ensure the contract is properly and adequately staffed with cleared and qualified personnel capable of performing all contract requirements.
  • Ensure all contract requirements are performed in a way that always maintains security integrity at all levels.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are accurate and are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Ensure all required support services are efficiently and effectively managed at the designated places of performance
  • Provide a robust and effective Quality Management System aligned with the customer's requirements.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are created and performed promptly and correctly, and work is performed on time and at the agreed prices.
  • Develop and keep current an Operations Manual that details processes and procedures, to include quality control procedures, for supporting product life cycle management. The Operations Manual shall include Continuity of Operations procedures.
  • Ensure all required documentation is captured and recorded in accordance with agency procedures.
  • Experience in project management activities or closely related experience including:
  • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Critical Path and Schedule Risk Assessment analyses.
  • Relating software development metrics to technical achievement.
  • Cost estimating and reporting, risk and issue management, etc.
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and SharePoint (user).
  • Work experience with Jira, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, and/or Azure DevOps (user).

Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or IT-related discipline
  • Project Management (PMP), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner
