Description:
PanCare of Florida is seeking a Program Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating programming & services provided in Bay and Gulf counties for the CORE SUD/OUD Program. This position provides strategic direction, manages staff, and fosters collaboration with internal and external parties to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
Responsible for overseeing and coordinating CORE programming and services in Bay, Gulf counties. Provides assistance with program development, implementation, evaluation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery and administration of CORE services and programs. Develop and implement program plans as relates to CORE services and alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Assist in expansion of CORE services ensuring they meet the evolving needs of individuals with SUD/OUD and adhere to best practices in treatment. Identify opportunities for program enhancement and innovation that is responsive to the community. Supervise and coordinate CORE staff members delivering SUD-related services to community partners, providers, and patients. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to CORE staff, ensuring that treatment interventions and clinical recommendations are evidence-based and adhere to professional standards of care. Serve as SUD subject matter expert, provide clinical and technical expertise in the delivery of CORE services. Ensure staff are informed of new SUD approaches, treatment methods and standards of care. Identify metrics and other key performance indicators. Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting activities to track program outcomes, identify gaps, and inform decision-making. Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and forums to advocate for policies and initiatives that address SUD issues.

Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, public health, or a related human services field; or equivalent work experience in substance use disorder treatment. Peer Specialist certification preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in SUD treatment, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction principles.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
