Job Title : Program Manager
Location : Remote (if candidate wants to be onsite then locations are Minneapolis, Boston, San Jose)
Duration : 6 Months CTH

Required Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science or applicable field required; Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years technical professional or operational experience in medical device field required.
8+ years of PMO experience.
Experience managing large scale projects focused specifically around reporting and analytics.
Previous leadership experience across the network or the Management of large change programs, ideally technology or systems environment.
Working knowledge global processes and systems.
Understanding of SAP and it's various reporting and analytics capabilities
Experience of managing complex, cross-functional programs and demonstrated capability in collaborating and influencing across such a program
Previous experience of Agile or Scaled Agile methodology, design thinking, and lean rituals will be an advantage but not essential
Preferred Skills/experience
Courage to make decisions for the best interest of global BSC even if it means reasonable compromise for a local team
Keeps the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action.
Demonstrates effective change leadership.
Builds strategic partnerships to gain further alignment of program goals and outcomes.
Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
