Program Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

Program Management & Scrum Master (80%)
Facilitate scrum events such as weekly stand ups and other meetings as needed.
Develops a program architecture that maps out how the projects within the program will deliver the capabilities that result in the required benefits.
Prepare regular reporting to ensure progress is made on initiatives and programs launched from the RBE department.
Create and manage project timelines which includes setting targets, capturing milestones and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Manage cross-functional, internal and vendor team calls with the ability to capture deliverables and important updates.
Delegate tasks on projects to team members best positioned to complete them.
Track risks and gaps for all projects for cross-functional working groups.
Adjust schedules, targets and timelines and communicate impacts in a timely manner.

General Qualifications, Work Flexibility and Travel:
Bachelors degree required
Knowledge/experience within automotive
2-5 years of Program or Project Management experience
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Managing multiple tasks and projects
Time management
Computer savvy and skilled
Reporting capable
Strong personal, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong familiarity with Tableau
Problem-Solving skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint visuals
Proficient in MS Project
Proficient in Confluence is a plus
10-15% Work Travel
