This position requires the Program Manager to keep projects running on or ahead of schedule and budget while maintaining a healthy client relationship as the company liaison.

The Role
Program Manager is responsible for controlling the overall program's performance, client relationship and exceeding customer expectations. This position requires the Program Manager to keep projects running on or ahead of schedule and budget while maintaining a healthy client relationship as the company liaison.
Responsibilities
- Developing project scope and objectives.
- Defining the program governance (controls)
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
- Managing the program's budget
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects
- Managing stakeholders' communication
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program requirements
- Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document
- Meeting with team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and resolve issues.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Liaison with external client (Customer) internal site development (Engineering), operations and construction project teams for all aspects of the project (Quality, Cost and Delivery).
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution to internal and external teams.
- Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or business administration.
- 10 years' experience as a Program Manager.
- Experience leading construction projects and programs.
- Ability to lead teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
- Ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects and ensure quality delivery.
- Experience in implementing program management methodologies and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle program risks/issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the program expectations are aligned.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interface with internal and external teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of project/program management tools, techniques, and standard processes.
