Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Manage, coordinate, and oversee program-oriented work efforts to ensure successful delivery of network engineering and cybersecurity products.
• Process Implementation: Develop and apply program management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical product and engineering teams to document program plans, direct daily work efforts, identify resource needs, and resolve timeline or quality issues.
• Milestone Tracking: Define, monitor, and adjust program plans and timelines to align with evolving priorities and deliverables.
• Reporting & Communication: Regularly track and report program progress, provide updates on key milestones, and escalate critical issues to product and engineering leadership.
• Strategic Integration: Leverage knowledge of business and functional priorities to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Program Oversight: Lead medium to high-complexity programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Industry Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in the technology sector, including 8+ years managing complex projects or programs across multiple technologies and functions.
• Program Management Proficiency: Deep understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with networking and cybersecurity domains is a strong advantage.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams in a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey updates, milestones, and escalations to stakeholders at all levels.
