Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you will be joining a leading telecommunications service provider, overseeing all aspects of inside plant (ISP) service for major telecommunications clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, experienced in managing large telecommunications service contracts, and committed to delivering superior customer service in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with technicians and customers to execute preventative maintenance contracts across assigned territories.
- Track open service tickets to ensure timely completion and provide status updates to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, including ordering necessary parts.
- Review and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Apply expertise in AC & DC electrical systems and batteries to assess and recommend maintenance solutions.
- Maintain accurate preventative and emergency maintenance reports for customer access.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities electrical powering and cooling service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing service teams (internal technicians and subcontractors).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and remote web applications.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willing and able to travel 30% of the time.
