Program Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive strategic initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have banking industry experience managing both technical (CRM, infrastructure) and business-related programs. This role requires a strong background in portfolio management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present to high-level stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple programs within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive successful program execution.
• Oversee technical programs (e.g., CRM systems, infrastructure) and business-focused initiatives.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide guidance on best practices for program and portfolio management.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in portfolio management.
• Ability to manage both technical (CRM, infrastructure) and business-related programs.
• Expertise in creating high-quality executive presentations and reports.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within banking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
