The Role:
We're looking for a Program Manager who loves taking on challenges, leading teams, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things on track, managing budgets, and ensuring our customers are happy. If you're organized, great with people, and know how to roll up your sleeves to get things done, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do:

• Take charge of programs from start to finish, handling budgets, quality, staffing, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and inspire your project team to crush their goals.
• Create clear project plans that include goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Keep everyone in the loop-team members, stakeholders, and customers-by sharing the right info at the right time.
• Stay on top of deadlines and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Solve problems as they pop up, keeping projects moving forward.
• Handle communication plans, risk management, and issue resolution like a pro.
• Keep customers and the management team updated with regular project progress reports.
• Set up and maintain systems (like AX) to make managing projects easier.
• Travel occasionally to visit customer sites, ensuring everything's on track and addressing any on-site challenges.

• Familiarity with project management tools and systems (bonus if you've used AX!).
• Willingness to travel when needed.
