Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, in collaboration with cross-functional teams for prototype and development efforts, new business component awards, and process improvement efforts.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively, personnel, equipment, materials, etc. to meet customer and project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them with minimal impact to the project timeline.
  • Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Clear understanding of engineering processes such as print reading, machining processes, GD&T skills, etc.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project team members and customer contacts to ensure that everyone is informed about project progress and challenges.
  • Evaluate and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and cost while effectively communicating the impact.
  • Organize and lead customer meetings with appropriate input from internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project cost and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact prior to the projects full launch into manufacturing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment both internally and externally.


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the MedTech contract manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., engineering, business, etc.)
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in contract medical device manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and people skills to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams with the ability to build rapport.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to create visually appealing and effective presentations.
  • Proficient with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
