We have an opportunity available for a Program Manager to support our client within their Enterprise Network Services Division.

Department Profile:

The position is in our customer's Enterprise Network Services (ENS) group, a dynamic and fast-paced department within the Firm's Enterprise Technology Services Division. It is responsible for enabling our customers' business and technology partners with secure, programable, resilient, highly available, innovative network and voice solutions.

This role will be responsible for supporting program management activities for ENS including planning, budgeting, resource management, tracking milestones and management reporting. The position requires the candidate to work closely together with internal and external stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with Executive Directors, Fleet delivery Leads, Squads, Scrum Masters in a global setting to manage strategic programs that are mission-critical
  • Understand the wider objectives of the program, business, and strategic goals
  • Assist in setting up strategic programs that include project budgeting, resource management, milestones, and RAG status tracking
  • Build executive reporting to highlight objectives, key milestones, requirements, and RAG status
  • Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
  • Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholder

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of Program manager job experience
  • Ability to set up and manage large and complex technology programs from scratch
  • Prior experience working with both Agile methodologies & Kanban tracking and reporting
  • Excellent leadership, effective communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with senior and junior members of the team
  • Excellent problem solver and a team player
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Strong background in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PBOK) methodology
  • Knowledge of Network and Voice technologies preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills, PowerPoint skills preferred
