Program Manager

Within Global Business Unit LifeTech (GBU LifeTech) we have a long-lasting partnership with a partner that provides solutions in the mobile devices market. The program is active in more than 20 countries and is one of our largest programs in GBU LifeTech. As the US Program Manager, you will have the commercial responsibility to manage the relationship and grow the portfolio within the US region.

Day to Day

  • Act as the first point of contact for our partner in the US region and ensure optimal alignment within GBU Program Management strategy and plan in order to optimize program volume, -P&L, -penetration and partner/vendor satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement Regional Program Strategy in alignment with the Global Program Strategy, expectations and policies of the broader DLL Program Management and Business Unit strategy, and other GBU functions like Marketing, Finance, Sales and Risk.
  • Plan, agree on, communicate sales targets per country, and deliver strategic support on sales initiatives.
  • Drive program performance related to commercial KPIs and qualitative Objectives & Key Results, through program portfolio optimization, business reviews, and close alignment with GBU CFO and Global Program Manager.
  • Lead key digital initiatives in the program.
  • Provide support, information, and training for all relevant functions and stakeholders where necessary
  • Identify and improve on pain points through innovative solutions to constantly improve our value proposition to partners/vendors.
  • Connect closely with partner/vendor organization, identify main stakeholders there to drive joint program strategies. Be aware of developing relationship across partner/vendor organization, within different levels of the sales function (regional or area account managers). Expand relationships within other functions at program/vendor responsible for their marketing, digital and sustainability strategy.
  • Build, maintain and influence a network of internal and external stakeholders/partners and represent Business Unit, GBU and DLL to external stakeholders (e.g. vendors, dealers and partners), in line with business needs, policies and external developments.

Essentials

  • Experience within the vendor finance model.
  • You are an experienced sales professional and have extensive knowledge of leasing solutions.
  • Willing to travel domestically several times a year and you live close enough to a DLL office in Wayne, PA to work from the office regularly.
  • Energized, persistent and resilient to deliver best in class business performance. Passionate about the business of the partner as well as our own (eager to deliver win-win).
  • Understand and navigate local and regional nuances both internally and externally.

Applicable pay range

$130,085.60 - $195,128.40 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
