Who We Are Looking For:

VML is seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in CRM to champion omnichannel customer experiences impacting multiple workstreams. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of innovative CRM solutions that integrate creative throughout the entire customer journey.

As a Program Manager specializing in CRM, you will be responsible for leading talented teams to understand client needs, market forces, and consumer sentiments to deliver effective customer relationship management solutions.
What You'll Do:

Work Excellence
  • Deliver CRM programs that exceed expectations, meeting deadlines and budgets while going beyond the brief
  • Develop comprehensive CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty
  • Establish plans and processes that drive projects forward and ensure successful delivery with high client satisfaction

People Leadership
  • Motivate, direct, and challenge cross-functional teams to produce exceptional CRM work
  • Establish and manage collaborative teams across different locations, ensuring efficient and high-functioning operations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of CRM objectives

Process Management
  • Establish and manage program communication and processes specific to CRM initiatives
  • Set up appropriate structures and tools to ensure successful collaboration across agency and client teams
  • Implement best practices for CRM program management and continuous improvement

Financial Responsibility
  • Manage project estimation, planning, and profitability for CRM programs
  • Build detailed project plans and manage resource allocations effectively
  • Report on project status, burn rates, budgets, and reconciliations to agency and client stakeholders
Who You Are:

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on project leadership experience in advertising or marketing communications, with specific focus on CRM initiatives
  • Proven expertise in CRM platforms, customer data management, and personalization strategies
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes for delivery in digital marketing channels, particularly those related to customer relationship management
  • Demonstrated success in driving creative solutions and digital content creation for CRM programs
  • Experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing
  • Knowledge of social and mobile content creation and requirements for different channels
  • Experience working on large-scale integrated, omnichannel programs with multiple parallel work streams
  • Ability to lead diverse teams (UX, Tech, Strategy, Creative, Account, Research and Data) across remote offices
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate teams effectively
  • Self-motivated with a drive to build and create outstanding work

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with major project management platforms (Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Experience with loyalty program development and management
  • Change management experience to support CRM implementation

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000-$140,000 USD
