What You will Do:
- Implement plans, processes, and business goals
- Manage costs and schedules; develop multi-year proposal and estimates
- Interface with program team to implement contractual requirements and ensure production efforts remain on time and within budget
- Coordinate and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements
- Work with the Program Management Office and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted
- Prepare for customer program reviews and customer visits
- Deploy disciplined program management, best practices, processes, and resources to achieve effective implementation of program requirements
Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, program management, or a cross-functional environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting Proposal, Cost Estimating or BOE generation
- Experience in engaging and reporting to all levels of executive stakeholders
- SAP experience a plus
- Aerospace experience a plus
