Mission:

Quantum is seeking a Program Protection Analyst. This Position supports the Office of Chief Engineer (OCE), for Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS).

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate will support the Program Management Offices across the PEO MS with the Program Protection Plan (PPP) process that are performed IAW DoDI 5000.02, DoDI 5200.39, DoDD 5200.1-M, DoDI 5200.44, AR 70-77.
  • Candidate will be expected during the CA / CFA process, to coordinate and meet with product office's subject matter experts (SMEs) and be expected to deliver required Program Protection Plan related products to include system architecture diagrams.
  • Candidate will be expected to review and interpret new Department of the Army (DA) and Department of Defense (DoD) program protection and other technical documentation, prepare technical briefings, managing Critical Function Analysis, Critical Program Information Assessments, Trade-Off Analysis, provide analytical support consisting of total decomposition of end items, sub-systems, and system-of-systems to include system security features, defense exportability features, and disclosure authorization.
  • Candidate will review PEO/MS program information to perform CA / CFA to identify critical logic bearing components and then submit these components to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Threat Assessment Center (TAC) for threat assessments.
  • Candidate will assist in the development and implementation of PEO/MS SCRM policies and procedures and participate in SCRM working groups and forums to share best practices and lessons learned throughout the DoD SCRM network.
  • Candidate is expected to support the review and maintenance of the Critical Programs and Technologies (CP&T) list for PEO/MS equities.
  • Candidate will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.
  • Candidate must have the eligibility and possess TS/SCI clearance to support access to the DIA SCRM TAC repository.
  • Candidate will be required to obtain and maintain access to SIPR and JWICS.
  • Candidate is required to have at least 10+ years related work experience, of which four (4) are directly related to execution of criticality analysis, program protection, and or supply chain risk management.
  • Candidate must have experience in one or more of the following areas: Support the OCE and Project Offices with Criticality Analysis (CA) / Critical Function Analysis (CFA) for implementation into the respective Program Protection Plans based upon established PEO/MS priorities and weapon system milestone requirements.
  • Candidate must demonstrate visibility into its supply chain for critical components and shall identify how supply chain risk can be introduced through those components.


Desired Skills:
  • Engineering degree not specifically required but would like the applicant to potentially include Professional experience with DoD acquisition programs and/or the US Intelligence Community.
  • Experience with intelligence, cybersecurity implementation, and/or system security engineering.
  • Position may require temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 5% of the time.
