Overview:
Seeking an experienced Program Scheduler/PM to oversee project delivery within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability in project management, scheduling, and effective communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Program Management: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including tracking of key metrics, managing budgets and timelines, and resolving issues.
Schedule Management: Develop and refine project schedules, identify critical paths, and ensure timely project completion.
Project Timeline: Create and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) to break down project tasks into manageable components. Develop Gantt charts to visualize project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Data Analysis: Analyze project data to propose adjustments for improved efficiency and execution.
Reporting: Prepare weekly progress reports for senior management, highlighting project status and any necessary adjustments.
Team Coordination: Serve as the main liaison for project teams, ensuring alignment of actions and priorities.
Required Skills
Proven experience in project management and scheduling, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage large-scale projects.
Expertise in MS Project.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
