This position requires Final Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

The Program Security Representative will provide support to the Security team in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities include:

- Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export-controlled data.
- Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies.
- Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs.
- Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations.
- Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
- Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials.
- Develops and conducts security education classes. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
- Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.
- Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Maintain access lists to all controlled access areas, conduct clearance validations, and partner with internal and external customers.
- Develop and implement program unique security plans (e.g. OPSEC, PPIP, operating instructions, end of day checklists, etc.).
- Responsible for multiple facets of security operations such as physical security, visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, investigations, developing and delivering security briefings, self-inspections and other tasks required.
- Protect all facets of the National Industrial Security Program by ensuring a fully integrated security program. Many of our programs are supported at multiple facilities across the country, it is critical to ensure ongoing communication between PSRs at all sites to ensure program personnel receive consistent guidance and support regardless of which facility they reside.

Candidate must be able to maintain security compliance, be a self-starter and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, make effective decisions and deliver timely results.

Desired skills

- Prior industrial security experience (DoD Collateral or Special Programs)
- Experience with SIMS Database
- COMSEC experience
- Experience with Document Reviews for accuracy of markings
- Knowledge and ability to prepare DD Form 254 highly desirable
- Knowledge of Risk Management principles and application of same
- Working knowledge of OPSEC, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Counterintelligence
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders/customers

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $66,000 - $114,425. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
