Position Summary:
We are Seeking a dedicated & Experienced Programmer Analyst with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and customizing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Skilled in building Model-Driven Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, crafting insightful dashboards in Power BI, and integrating systems via REST APIs. Proficient in Dataverse, Power Pages, PowerFX, DAX, PowerQuery, JavaScript, Liquid Tags, and developing custom components using PCF. Adept at code versioning, deployment coordination, and optimizing solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
We need candidates who are local and have state government experience.

- Customize and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Develop Model-Driven Apps with tailored user interfaces and business logic.
- Automate business workflows using Power Automate for process optimization.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI.
- Manage data modeling and integration within Microsoft Dataverse.
- Develop secure, responsive portals using Power Pages
- Integrate Power Platform tools with each other and external systems
- Customize platform solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
- Create and deploy custom plug-ins to extend platform functionality.
- Use PowerFX for custom logic and calculations in Power Apps.
- Apply DAX for advanced data analytics in Power BI.
- Transform and integrate data using PowerQuery.
- Build custom code components using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
- Develop and integrate REST APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Enhance app interactivity with client-side scripting using JavaScript.
- Use Liquid Tags for dynamic content rendering in Power Pages.
- Manage source control with code merging and branching
- Support DevOps and Admin teams in deployment processes.

- 8 years of experience RequiredDesigning, developing, and customizing solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform technology stack
- 8years of experience RequiredDesigning and working with Dataverse tables and security
- 8years of experience RequiredCustomizing Microsoft D365/Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, plug-ins, and custom PCF controls
- 8years of experience RequiredDeveloping .Net/SQL server applications (or similar Object-Oriented language/framework and similar RDMS)
- 8years of experience RequiredWorking with enterprise-level SDLC processes
- 8years of experience RequiredExperience with one or more: JavaScript/JavaScript Frameworks, JSON, C#, Java, RESTful services
- 5years of experience PreferredDeveloping Power BI reports is highly desired
- 5years of experience PreferredDynamics 365 for Customer Service is highly desired
- 1year of experience PreferredMicrosoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification is highly desired
- 1year of experience PreferredMicrosoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is highly desired
