Description:

As a programmer/analyst on this team you will be responsible for executing technical tasks with our sprint teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and able to develop code using a modern software language and have a desire to expand their technical capabilities.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Key job responsibilities
Software configuration changes
Finding and fixing software bugs
Developing automated unit and integration tests
Assist with QA testing and software launches
Improve operational metrics and alarms on production services
Develop scripts/run queries to deep dive operational issues

. Migrating applications to new AWS datacenters

About the team

This team will be responsible for migrating applications on AWS from one datacenter to another and supporting large updates across our systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Services or related field with 2 - 5 years of experience
Knowledge and ability to learn scripting languages such as SQL, Perl, Python, or Ruby
Ability to learn and write code in C, C++ or Java
Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's in CS or related field with 2 - 5 years of experience
1 + years of experience working with scripting languages such as SQL, Perl, Python, or Ruby
1 + years of experience writing code in C or C++ or Java
Understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
