Description:
ECS is seeking a Programmer Manager Analyst to work in our Hanover, MD office / hybrid.
We are seeking a Journeyman Program Manager Analyst with specialized expertise in Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to support Department of Defense (DoD) projects, specifically in collaboration with the Department of Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA) Program Executive Office (PEO) and Technical Director Office (TDO). This role will require program management, systems engineering support, and oversight of technical publication workflows. You will lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and control of complex technical projects, ensuring compliance with DoD requirements while managing a team member responsible for technical content and documentation. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring the project aligns with the PEO TDO's goals by maintaining communication, providing analysis, and managing risks.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

General Description of Benefits
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, business administration, management, technical writing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or technical writing within a DoD or federal contracting environment.
- Previous experience managing technical documents and systems engineering efforts for DoD cybersecurity, IT, or cloud-based programs.
- Experience managing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with DoD standards.
- Familiarity with risk management and the ability to develop mitigation strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership and managing complex relationships.
- Active Top Secret (SCI eligible).
