Experience serving as a developer/analyst for highly complex client/server applications

Experience developing program specifications and test plans

Experience programming in J2E

Experience programming with JSPs

Experience with J2E / Maxenso environment with a DB2 backend

Experience building UI screens

Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Preferences:

Bachelor's or Master's degree, including minimum of 12 hours in management science, computer science, information systems, and/or data processing

Within the last 3 years, experience using XML
