In this pivotal role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute both short- and long-term projects that align with the department's mission, leveraging data and project management methodologies to deliver meaningful, measurable results. Key duties:
Plan, coordinate, and implement projects and process improvements to support organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate assessments and lead change initiatives to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Analyze project data to measure impact, identify issues, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Develop project deliverables including reports, presentations, communications, and digital content.
Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability
Salary Range: $68,800.00/year - $141,000.00/year
