Project Manager/Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) Consultant
6+ Years of demonstrated experience
Working knowledge of Project Management framework disciplines and working knowledge of PPM tools
Project Management experience:
Has successfully delivered small to medium size projects across an organization
Report creation and Status Update presentation
Effectively manages scope, issues and project risks
Manages project financials and budget
Manages client expectations
High comfort level with working in fast paced project environments
Experience with agile delivery
PPM Tools experience:
Experience implementing MS Project Server 2013 and 2016
Experience with developing customizations on Microsoft Project Server 2016 and 2013
Administration of Project server 2016 and SharePoint 2016, Project Server 2013 and SharePoint 2013
Experience with Microsoft Project macros and VBA code; developing SSRS and Power BI reports; and SQL queries, database design and Stored Procedures
Experience in Microsoft Azure platform
Additional PPM Experience Desired
Experience in On-Premises Data Migration to Online Office 365 or SharePoint Cloud
2+ years of Experience in developing reports using Microsoft Power BI
Microsoft Project Online Configurations and Maintenance
Experience in UMT 360, Project Financials and SharePoint Designer
Experience in Migration tools like Fluent Pro
Should be capable of doing the Gap analysis for customer requirements and estimating the efforts that are required for customizations
Very good to excellent Communication Skills (not just English but overall verbal, non-verbal and written communications)
Proactive, Energetic, Assertive and confident demeanor
