Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Program Analyst to join our team for program & process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvement, documenting and maintaining program processes, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall program performance
• Document and maintain program processes, procedures, and standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and measure program performance
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate program performance and progress
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program sponsors, team members, and external partners
• Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures
• Continuously evaluate program management & business processes and procedures to recommend improvements to Program Leadership supported by a cost benefit analysis for implementation impacts and prioritization
• Create a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring a shared vision and driving strategic change through collaborative and innovative approaches
• Report directly to a Program Director and support departmental and cross-departmental initiatives.

Required Skills and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience in process improvement, organizational change management and stakeholder communication

• Ability to work collaboratively, independently, self-motivate and seek out business areas for improvement and provide recommendations and garner feedback for possible solutions.
• Comprehension - ability to understand problems and to collaborate to explore identification of solutions.
• Organization - ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term, and/or long-term basis, both for self and others.
• Reasoning & Decision Making - ability to prioritize work projects and requirements; ability to develop concepts, plans and work schedules and communicate them to others, and/or to subordinate employees.
• Communication - regular requirements to use written and oral communication skills; interact with managers, staff, co-workers and others encountered in the course of work; ability to compose materials such as detailed reports and work related documents and communicate substantively about them either verbally or in writing; communicate interactively & make presentations effectively.
• Mathematics - ability to compute, analyze and interpret numerical and/or statistical data for reporting purposes
