Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other similar software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- US Work Authorization is required
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of government contracting, contract types, and contract management
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Understanding of government contractor industry-leading accounting, forecasting, and pricing tools
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
