PROJECT CONTROLS PROCESS MANAGER

This Position is a Hybrid role that will require onsite in DC area 1-2 days/week
  • Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Implementation Controls Process:
    • Coordinate all Quarterly/Monthly Infrastructure Capital Project Implementation Plan updates
    • Report on scope changes, total project budgets versus forecasts, and schedule variances versus forecasts. Reports to include project and portfolio KPIs and variance narratives of projects
    • Ensure interdepartmental distribution of new Project Charters and Project Implementation Plans
    • Document project contingency use and ensure alignment with Construction Change Order Management (CCOM) System data and project forecasts
    • Coordinate Project Charter and Project Implementation Plan addendums.
  • Review project overall schedule performance, coordinate with integrated master schedule (IMS)
  • Review and update project management and controls processes and procedures; and
  • Manage Project Reporting Analyst and the development of a Monthly Capital Program Report.


Position Requirements

Background and Experience Required
  • Minimum of bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of project financial and portfolio management experience
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma and 12 years of project financial and portfolio management experience.
  • Two (2) years or more of supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and have experience developing reports from financial and project systems.
