Project Controls Scheduler

We are currently searching for an experienced, ambitious Construction Scheduler for Solar Energy Projects. We are looking for future leaders with a proven track record.

Works closely with: Owners, Subcontractors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Field Construction Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the project team to develop appropriate requirements.
• Interface with owners on project progress versus milestones.
• Work with Project Managers to establish an appropriate level of detail.
• Compile schedule and progress reports (Actual vs. Plan).
• Define primary, secondary, and tertiary critical path.
• Define key milestone finish variance against the baseline.
• Identify risk.

The successful candidate will have the following Skills/Experience/Abilities:

• Experience in utility related construction; wind and solar experience a plus.
• Experience working with owner representatives and subcontractors involved with the project.
• Proficient in the use of Primavera scheduling systems.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with co-workers, service providers, and customers.

Education:

• College degree required. A degree in Construction Management or related major a plus.
• 5+ years of experience a role as construction scheduler.
• Solar experience preferred.
