Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $70,380 - $105,570. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.

This is an on-site role.
Role accountabilities:
- Experience working within the construction project environment with a focus on project accounting activities like: invoicing, change order review, development of labour rates, project close-outs
- Comfortable working with and completing related project paperwork like: MBE/WBE, DCCAMM Reports, Waivers, Internal Cost Sheets to mention a few
- Be able to contribute to the budgetary planning of the support function by producing reports and commentary to support the management and control of departmental budgets
- Commitment to provide support to day to day project accounting challenges ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to internal and external contacts
- Strong time management skills working with multiple priorities in a project deadline driven environment
- Ability to work with a range of professional teams from both inside and outside the organization
- Knowledgeable with construction project processes
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 or more years relevant Project Controller/Project Accountant construction project experience
- Strong software skills: Excel, MS Office, PM Webb (nice to have)
- Knowledgeable with contracting terminology and processes
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. This will be a client facing role
- Accurate working skills and project administrative background
