JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform primary project controls assignments to support Project Managers. Accountable for generating reports, assisting with control activities, responding to data requests and developing/maintaining/supporting project schedules and/or detailed cost tracking. Coordinates with Project Managers to obtain weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates. Assist the Project Managers in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditures. Must have advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with Primavera P6, SAP Work and Asset Management required depending on additional job details. Familiarity with data analytics reporting tools preferred.
What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications required? Targeting 5 years of experience in scheduling.
Resource should have strong experience with P6/Primavera and understanding of the critical path method.
Resource should also have an understanding of engineering/construction lifecycle scheduling within the oil
and gas/construction generation renewables space. Manager is not tied to an educational requirement,
however, would like to see commensurate experience.
