Project Coordinator Hybrid/Fort Meade MD Tiber Creek Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a hybrid / on-site position at Fort Meade MD. You must be a highly motivated, detail oriented, self-starter for this position supporting our DISA Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) program for Department of Defense (DoD) systems. In this role you will be the primary curator for the ICAM Document Library, experienced in managing SharePoint content/pages, writing DoDAF documents, working closely with senior military and government points of contact, drafting and editing a variety of documents. You will design, develop, implement and add to an existing training program that covers multiple areas on continually changing systems with evolving operational concept changes, to ensure that all customer and Mission Partner documentation and media for contract related programs meets exceptional quality standards. Excellent customer facing and documentation skills, expertise with MS Word, Excel, Visio, OneDrive and SharePoint Online as well as proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple due outs and coordinate deliverables with technical teams will ensure your success in this position. Education: AA/BA/BS degree.
Experience: 4+ years related documentation experience.
Clearance: Current DoD Secret clearance required. Related Experience Should Include: You must be versatile, adaptable, and comfortable responding to and resolving issues, making pivotal decisions for the project and helping to manage deliverable quality and content. Experience in IT services and solutions, subject matter expertise and vigorous dedication to improving the performance of program initiatives. Expertise with MS products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio as well as Teams. Create and maintain a variety (DOCX, PPTX, PDF, MP4, etc.) of media, based on the customers documentation needs. Create and gather content and complete deliverables within deadlines for projects requiring continual updates. Develop and update Mission Partner and internal training documentation. Meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple tasks. Adapt to changes necessary to accomplish assignments. Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and with teams. Good working knowledge of OneDrive and SharePoint Online. Adherence to quality management best practices and continuous process improvement. Job Duties: Review existing program documentation for accuracy and consistency and update and format process, procedure, and engineering documentation in accordance with DISA and program requirements. Support the team by acquiring hands-on knowledge of the system(s) through familiarization via operation and referring to current documentation. Planning and presentation of ICAM instructional materials, identifying training objectives, course content, development of training guides or other media, and evaluation of training. Update ICAM online documentation including any related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and corresponding artifacts. Ensure unified focus on producing results and coordinating efforts across functional, technical, and data teams. Interface with team and customer; facilitate communication with the team and work directly with the customer as needed. Attend meetings, attend/host demonstrations, respond to ad hoc requests. Coordinate schedules and deadlines on deliverables and monitor project, product, and team progress. Participate in preparation of progress and planning documentation (i.e., technical, contractual, and administrative). Respond to client inquiries, providing the proposed course of action and estimated time to delivery. Hold and document reviews with contract leadership, team members, clients and other stakeholders. Interface with corporate resources to ensure timeliness and quality of all services, products, and deliverables. Minimum Qualifiers: Current DoD Secret clearance. Candidates must be local to Ft. Meade MD. Unable to work with 3rd party candidates or agencies.
