The ideal candidate will lead engineering deliverables for HV Battery Projects, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. This position requires hands-on experience with CATIA V5 for design and development.

The ideal candidate will lead engineering deliverables for HV Battery Projects, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. This position requires hands-on experience with CATIA V5 for design and development.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HV Hardware and HV Battery Systems for automotive applications.
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 for product design and development, specifically for HV Battery components and systems.
- Strong background in circuit analysis, thermal analysis, and electromechanical optimization for high voltage battery hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering deliverables for HV Battery Projects, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee and coordinate the development of high voltage hardware in collaboration with external suppliers, ensuring seamless integration with project timelines.
- Coordinate deliverable activities across various teams, including the ESS Release Team, Validation Teams, and Vehicle Teams, to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
- Direct the design of HV battery high voltage hardware, conducting critical analyses including circuit analysis, thermal simulations, and electromechanical optimization to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.
- Actively engage with design and validation processes, identifying potential issues early and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
