Position Overview:

eShocan is seeking a skilled Project Engineer with expertise in High Voltage (HV) Hardware and experience in HV Batteries for Automotive Applications. The ideal candidate will lead engineering deliverables for HV Battery Projects, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. This position requires hands-on experience with CATIA V5 for design and development.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HV Hardware and HV Battery Systems for automotive applications.
• Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 for product design and development, specifically for HV Battery components and systems.
• Strong background in circuit analysis, thermal analysis, and electromechanical optimization for high voltage battery hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering deliverables for HV Battery Projects, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee and coordinate the development of high voltage hardware in collaboration with external suppliers, ensuring seamless integration with project timelines.
• Coordinate deliverable activities across various teams, including the ESS Release Team, Validation Teams, and Vehicle Teams, to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
• Direct the design of HV battery high voltage hardware, conducting critical analyses including circuit analysis, thermal simulations, and electromechanical optimization to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.
• Actively engage with design and validation processes, identifying potential issues early and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
