Salary: $97,000 - $115,500/year

Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of Resident Engineers to ensure project construction compliance by monitoring/controlling/verifying/reporting adherence to work plans/specifications/contracts/state and local regulations
- Review blueprints/design drawings, create as-built drawings, implement site plans and oversee execution of specification requirements.
- Prepare structural analyses for reinforcement of concrete beams/columns/truss/foundation
- Provide engineering drawings and identify clashes
- Conduct concrete field tests and calculate structural reinforcement for structures impacted by wind or earthquakes.
- Prepare/validate/implement project schedules, including timetable setting/time extensions/project update reports
- Perform field inspection, prepare necessary reports to monitor progress & ensure conformity with engineering plans/safety standards
- Prepare/develop construction cost estimates based on work plans/engineering documents/drawings and negotiate change orders
- Perform value engineering & estimates reconciliations to meet budget requirements
Required Qualifications:
- MS in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
- Minimum 2-year experience with sound knowledge of advanced engineering mathematic and structural engineering
- Strong skills in cost estimation/as-built drawings creation/structural analysis/project
- management
- Proficient in Microstation/AutoCAD/Revizto/Microsoft Project/MathCAD
