Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer/Manager with strong project management and Excel skills to oversee and manage multiple capital expenditure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while developing project scopes and objectives, and managing vendor/contractor relationships. This role requires flexibility, as you may need to work extra hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
This position is based in an industrial manufacturing environment. The role may require working 50-60 hours in a given week, with occasional work on Saturdays. The team currently includes three members who speak Spanish, which may be beneficial for communication.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives.
- Involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience managing CAPEX projects, $5 million and above.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, budgeting, and budget analysis.
- Experience managing electrical projects.
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking and budgeting projects.
- Spanish speaking ability is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with project performance systems, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to utilize verification techniques to manage project scope, schedules, and costs.
- Experience in comprehensive project documentation.
