As an Owners' Representative Construction Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on behalf of the owner. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is onsite at the Centeris Data Center in Puyallup.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/hr.

Job Description
As an Owners' Representative Construction Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on behalf of the owner. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports to the owner.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during the project.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- 1+ years' experience as a Construction Project Engineer, ideally with a general contractor overseeing multiple scopes of construction.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
