Project Execution Manager with Security Clearance

GCyber is seeking a Project Execution Manager, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Project Execution Manager, you will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. As a Project Execution Manager, you will: * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and stakeholder expectations. * Mentor and manage a diverse project team, fostering collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement. * Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies. * Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks while ensuring compliance with DoD IT standards. * Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing challenges, and ensuring financial accountability. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: * Active DoD Secret security clearance * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer sciences, business management, or related field * 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager * 5+ years in DoD IT environment * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
