As the Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple new construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Leadership:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact between the company and general contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee the management of project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and on time.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand client relationships and generate additional business opportunities by understanding client needs, objectives, and expectations, and ensuring project deliverables align with client requirements.
• Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and project teams.

• Project Management and Development:

• Build and lead a high-performing project management team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Establish metrics for success and drive accountability across project teams, facilitating project reviews and implementing continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to drive individual and team success.
• Identify training and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the project management team.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment, ensuring compliance with company and industry safety standards.

• Financial Oversight and Budget Management:

• Manage project budgets and financial performance, monitoring costs, expenses, and revenue.
• Collaborate with the estimating department to develop accurate project cost estimates and forecasts.
• Analyze project financial data, identifying areas for cost optimization and profitability improvement.
• Review and approve project change orders, ensuring alignment with client requirements and financial implications.
• Ensure project billing and invoicing processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract terms.

• Contractual and Risk Management:

• Review and approve contracts, subcontracts, and scopes of work.
• Manage change orders, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Conduct regular project site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

• Additional Responsibilities:

• Handle additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry, with a focus on new construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Team player attitude is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of construction project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office applications.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) required.
