Location: Mirabel Quebec (3 days a week onsite)
Job description:
The mandate of the PMBP supporting Operations Performance is to be in charge of the Performance of the overall VSM (Value Stream Management) of the aircraft that includes some major components suppliers, Pre-FAL (Final Assembly Line) business unit, the two FAL until the transfer to the Customer Line organization.
In this framework, the PMBP needs to capture all pertinent information from the different stakeholders in order to provide VSM performance based on the needs.
A second aspect of the mission is the management of Risks & Opportunities at Operations level. The intent of running Risks & Opportunities is to anticipate any deviations, any issues or impact that can have a financial impact on the aircraft program.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management:
Deliver PPM (Program and Project Management) deliverables for the Portfolio of projects under the organization.
Ensure the application of Project Management processes, methods, and tools.
Define and deliver progress reports (KPIs, dashboards) on schedule, interdependencies, costs/fundings, resources/partners & suppliers, actions, and risks/opportunities.
Milestone Management:
Supervise and control project landmarks, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Organize and facilitate major landmark meetings, including data collection, KPI updates, and critical path analysis.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the Work Package Focal Point, coordinating all work package-related aspects between the Purchaser (Airbus) and the Service Provider.
Maintain regular communication with the Technical Coordinators and other stakeholders.
Participate in regular review meetings, including Kick-off Meetings (KoM), Monthly Technical Acceptance Reviews (MTAR), and Final Project Meetings (FPM).
Deliverables Management:
Lead deliverables across various project phases: Opportunity Study, Initiating, Planning, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.
Ensure deliverables meet the defined acceptance criteria and are delivered on time.
Travel and Location:
Be physically present at the Mirabel site for a minimum of three days per week.
Up to two days of telework per week may be permitted, subject to managerial discretion.
Organize and handle travel arrangements as required for project execution.

- Agir en tant que point focal du lot de travaux, en coordonnant tous les aspects lis au lot de travaux entre l'acheteur (Airbus) et le prestataire de services.
- Maintenir une communication rgulire avec les coordinateurs techniques et les autres parties prenantes.
- Participer aux runions d'examen rgulires, y compris les runions de lancement (KoM), les examens mensuels de rception technique (MTAR) et les runions finales de projet (FPM).
Gestion des produits livrables :
- Diriger les produits livrables au cours des diffrentes phases du projet : tude d'opportunit, lancement, planification, suivi et contrle, et clture.
- Veiller ce que les produits livrables rpondent aux critres d'acceptation dfinis et soient livrs dans les dlais.
Dplacements et localisation :
- tre physiquement prsent sur le site de Mirabel au moins trois jours par semaine.
